The Pre-Theatre Express Menu includes a shared starter selection and your choice of a main course. Popular starter options include Bali Hai’s Chicken Yakitori Skewers with maple tare, togarashi and sesame, crispy Sesame Prawn Toast served with homemade chilli dipping sauce, and house-made Veggie Spring Rolls filled with green beans, black fungus, taro and onion.
